Robert Burch is a Fayetteville native. In fact, his family is among Fayette County's original settlers, having lived in this area since the early 1800s. Licensed as a Realtor while still in college, Robert's exposure to real estate sales dates from his childhood, his father is a real estate appraiser. A graduate with a degree in Business Management from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Georgia, Robert is also a Certified Residential Appraiser who has completed over 500 appraisals. Robert began his career with Jan Trammell Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services GA Properties. Robert is currently a Realtor with eXp Realty. Robert's experience is wide-ranging; he has completed transactions in the areas of new homes, re-sales, commercial, land and investment. Currently designated as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Robert has also enjoyed working with many first time home buyers and estate sales. Because of his familiarity with Fayette and Coweta Counties, Robert brings a wealth of information to the closing table. He prides himself on his ability to translate his customers' needs into sales by using technology. On a personal note, Robert is married to Michelle. They have six children - Andrew, Kendall, Nathan, Olivia, Leah and Grant. They reside in Newnan.
